Free for real estate websites
Help buyers find the right loan officer, right on your site.
Loan Officer Finder shows home buyers mortgage loan officers who fit the home: near the property, licensed in the state, and experienced with the loan they need. Condo, VA, jumbo, FHA, Spanish speaking, and more.
Free. No account, no API key. Works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and plain HTML.
Two ways to use it
Put a search on a "Find a loan officer" page, or drop a listing box on each property page so buyers see who can finance that exact home.
Search widget
A small form: city or ZIP, loan type and language. Results show right below it, as cards.
Property listing mode
Give it the home's location, price and type. A condo matches condo specialists, a duplex matches 2 to 4 unit specialists, and homes above the conforming loan limit add jumbo loan specialists.
What each card shows
Photo when available, name, NMLS ID, lender, up to 4 specialties, languages, license status for the state, office, and a link to the full profile.
Who it's for
Agents, brokerages, builders, property sites and anyone who helps people buy a home. No one can pay to rank higher. See examples.
Add it to any website
Pick your platform. Each snippet is ready to paste. Change the ZIP, state, price and type to match your page. Open "Advanced: customize" under any snippet to match your brand colors.
WordPress plugin
- In your dashboard, go to Plugins, then Add New, and search for "Loan Officer Finder". Click Install, then Activate. (WordPress.org listing, coming soon.)
- Optional: open Settings, then Loan Officer Finder, to choose a default state, colors and the number of results.
- Add a shortcode to a page, or use the "Loan Officer Finder" blocks in the block editor.
Search widget:
[loan_officer_finder city="Phoenix" state="AZ"]On a property page:
[loan_officer_finder_listing zip="85004" state="AZ" price="425000" type="condo"]Add va="yes" to include VA loan specialists. The WordPress plugin fetches results on your server, so your visitors' IP addresses never reach the data provider.
Any website (one script tag)
Paste the box where you want results, and the script once per page, anywhere below it.
<div class="lof-widget" data-mode="search" data-city="Phoenix" data-state="AZ"></div>
<script src="https://loanofficerfinder.app/embed/lof-embed.js" defer></script>On a property page:
<div class="lof-widget" data-mode="listing" data-zip="85004" data-state="AZ"
data-price="425000" data-type="condo"></div>
<script src="https://loanofficerfinder.app/embed/lof-embed.js" defer></script>Options: data-zip, data-city, data-state, data-price, data-type, data-va="yes", data-specialty (for example fha), data-language (for example es), data-limit (1 to 24, default 6), data-headshots="no", and data-credit="no" to hide the small "Loan officer data by LenDb.ai" link shown under results. Look: data-accent, data-bg, data-text (hex, rgb or color names), data-radius (0 to 24), data-columns (1 to 4). Without them it uses your page's fonts and colors.
Wix, Squarespace and Webflow
Wix:
- In the editor, click Add Elements, then Embed Code, then Embed HTML.
- Click Enter Code, choose Code, and paste the snippet below. Click Update.
- Drag the box to the size you want (about 900 pixels tall fits six results).
Squarespace:
- Edit the page, click Add Block, and choose Code.
- Paste the snippet below and make sure the mode is set to HTML. Click Apply, then Save.
Webflow: drag an Embed element onto the page and paste the snippet.
<div class="lof-widget" data-mode="search" data-state="AZ"></div>
<script src="https://loanofficerfinder.app/embed/lof-embed.js" defer></script>Wix runs embedded code in its own frame, so the widget uses a plain font there. Setting your brand colors under "Advanced: customize" helps it fit in. If your builder blocks scripts, use the iframe version.
iframe (for builders that block scripts)
Put the same options in the address. Use mode=listing for property pages.
<iframe src="https://loanofficerfinder.app/embed/widget.html?mode=listing&zip=85004&state=AZ&price=425000&type=condo"
title="Loan officers for this home" width="100%" height="900"
style="border:0" loading="lazy"></iframe>Extra options: theme=light or theme=dark, and page=transparent for a see-through page behind the cards. The frame tells its parent page its height (a lof-height message), so you can resize it with a few lines of script if you like.
Live demo
This is the embed itself, pulling live data. Try a city or ZIP.
Privacy
The plugin and the embed do not track anyone: no cookies, no analytics, no ads. Phone numbers and email addresses are never shown; each card links to the loan officer's public profile.
WordPress plugin
Your server asks LenDb.ai for results and caches them. Only the search filters are sent (location, loan type, language). Your visitors' IP addresses never reach LenDb.ai.
Script and iframe embeds
The visitor's browser asks LenDb.ai for results directly, so LenDb.ai sees the request like any website would. The widget sets no cookies and keeps results only for the browser session.
Headshots
Photos load from each loan officer's lender website, with no referrer sent. Turn them off with data-headshots="no" or in the plugin settings.
This website
loanofficerfinder.app itself uses Google Analytics to count visits. That is only this site; nothing from it goes into the plugin or the embed.

Questions
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. The plugin, the embed and the data are free.
- Where does the data come from?
- LenDb.ai, an independent database of US mortgage loan officers. Every fact has a source, like a state regulator record or the loan officer's own lender page, and you can see it on each profile.
- How are results ranked?
- By evidence of the specialty the buyer needs, license evidence for the state, and distance to the home. No one can pay to rank higher.
- Which areas are covered?
- The whole United States. Coverage keeps growing, so it is deeper in some areas than others.
- What is the jumbo rule?
- In listing mode, homes priced above the conforming loan limit also match jumbo loan specialists. The default is $832,750, the 2026 FHFA baseline. You can set your county's limit.
- Can I match it to my brand?
- Yes. By default it uses your site's fonts and colors. You can also set a button and link color, card background, text color, corner roundness and number of columns.
